Bledlow Ridge Horticultural Society

We‘ve been an integral part of the Ridge village life for over 60 years and we are still going strong with around 100 members and a full calendar of events each year.

As well as monthly talks on horticultural subjects, each year we have two Shows, a full-day outing and an evening garden visit as well as a Bring and Buy plant sale, and an Annual Supper ( food and entertainment ) in the Village Hall which is invariably “sold out“.

Other activities have included supporting the School with their raised vegetable beds, planting daffodils in the verges throughout the village, and holding free Introductory Flower Arranging Workshops to help members and non-members get the best out of a bunch of flowers.

New members are always welcome, so if you would like to know anything more about us, please contact Les Terry (
les.terry@lineone.net or x 481474 ) or visit our website at www.bledlowridgehortsoc.org.uk
