Welcome to the Bledlow Ridge Village Hall website

Finally, we are slowly seeing our way to opening up with a view to resuming normal activities (if we can remember what ‘normal’ looks like!)

Contrary to the government's announcement on 22 February, village halls will not be able to reopen after Easter, except for all indoor children’s activities.

Community buildings will have to wait until 17 May before they can be hired out for many functions including exercise classes, coffee mornings, indoor sports activities and celebrations such as weddings and birthday parties. However, there is much confusion at this stage as it also stipulates that indoor events must be controlled with only up to 50% capacity and social distancing is required. Hopefully each stage of opening up will be clarified nearer to the date.

On June 21st all legal limits on social contact are removed. All normal activities can resume. Dancing is permitted!! Who’s going to have that first party??!

Our Village Hall will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for controlled use from May 17th and again for everyone’s use from June 21st.  We can’t wait to welcome back all our regular users, whenever you feel ready to return.

To hire the hall or for any queries, call Niki on 01494 481973 or e-mail bookings@brvh.co.uk.
